Pelham Hall Bar Rota


  • The rota details the forthcoming Hall Events and the volunteers who have “offered” to staff the bar.

  • The Key Holder column indicates the Events Representative who is responsible for unlocking the bar, locking up and for cashing up any non-card takings.

  • The bar team should also ensure the Hall Closure Checklist is actioned - this is ensuring exit doors closed, electrical appliances off, etc. The checklist is on display in the bar area.

  • Please ensure area is left clean and tidy, the floor is clean and that rubbish is moved to metal bin outside

  • In the event of a fire please follow the Emergency Action Plan - detail here, please familiarise yourself with the required actions.

If for any reason you find you cannot attend then please ensure a suitable substitute takes your place for the event.
