Penygarn Road Closure 1-3 September

Monmouthshire County Council will be closing a section of Penygarn Road, 150 m from its junction with Brook Road for about 50 m (see map).

It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 1st September 2026 and 3rd September 2026.

“The order is necessary for Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.”

Road diversions will be in operation.
