"A Sumptuous Italian Feast"
Last Saturday’s Italian Dinner at Pelham Hall exceeded its billing when gourmet chef Vincent Castellano and his small team of expert helpers pulled out all the stops and gave all those present a night to remember. The sit-down meal was attended by some 50 residents and friends who enjoyed a four course meal accompanied by four different Italian wines specially selected by Vincent for the occasion.
The lounge bar upstairs proved the perfect venue, and had been transformed into an intimate setting by a wide variety of decorations for the tables, the walls and ceilings and, most impressively, by the imaginative use of shower curtains which divided the room and gave it an authentically rustic feel!
