Wanted – Bookings Co-ordinator for Pelham Hall  

Pelham Hall is a charitable community facility run by an amazing group of volunteers who put on events, manage and improve the building, look after the finances and bookings and enable others to provide a wide range of community activities.
 
We are looking for a volunteer to look after the external bookings for the hall such as for parties, business meetings, theatre group and sports activities. This will involve responding to any enquiries, showing potential hirers around the hall and arranging access to the hall for agreed events.
