Pilates is a series of exercises that help improve joint flexibility, strengthen core muscles, improve posture, co-ordination and balance and is especially beneficial for people with lower back pain.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
All equipment is provided - please wear comfortable clothes.
Classes cost £8.50 with discounts on block booking.
