Fireworks and Barbeque on November 5th at The Inn at Penallt

It's back ! Bonfire Night! Fireworks, bonfire, BBQ, charity raffle to light the first firework, and best guy competition. Bring along your own guy to be thrown on the fire; prize for the best guy on the night.

More than 300 responded to the invitation above and braved a wet November Friday to witness the first organised bonfire night in Penallt for several years. Andy and Jacky exceeded expectations by laying on not just a spectacular bonfire, but an impressive fireworks display too, as well as providing the usual bar and restaurant food, mulled wine and sausages.

An evening definitely to remember and, it's hoped, the first of many to come in future years.
