January Closing
The Inn at Penallt will be closed between 1st and 26th January for staff holidays and refurbishment. They open again on Friday 27th January and will then be open as per current winter trading hours.
The Parish of Penallt encompasses two inns these days, one at the heart of the village, the Inn at Penallt (formerly The Bush, seen above) and one on the banks of the River Wye, opposite Redbrook, The Boat.
The Inn at Penallt has been revitalised by new management since March 2010 and, amongst other things, promotes a regular series of special events for all the community to enjoy.

Thursdays has a wine focus with £5 off all wines by the bottle allowing customers to experiment with different wines or try an upgrade of a favourite wine variety. Good examples would be trying Gavi instead of Pino Grigio or Cote du Rhone rather than Merlot – Come along bring a friend try something new.
