We had a really busy Christmas with a book talk about the Great British Oak, an activity day for the girls at Inglefield House (HMSG), a fantastic Christmas dinner with Native Breeds and a series of Christmas food courses with Andrew Kojima (pictured left), or Koj, our new Head of Food and MasterChef Finalist, not to mention the fantastic Wreath Making workshops. It was great to see so many familiar faces and meet new friends from the village at these events and we look forward to welcoming many of you back in 2014.
This year is shaping up to a be busy too. We're starting with our first Supper Club event from Koj – Koj's Burn's Night Supper – on Sat 25th Jan. More information here.
Kather's Kitchen will hosting an alternative Valentine's dinner on Fri 14th Feb. If you've never been, these events are guaranteed to be a sociable night out with delicious food.
We have a range of new courses, including Knife Skills with Koj, Edible Gardening with Beca Beeby and Making Willow Pea Frames & Garden Hurdles and Basket Weaving with Amanda Rayner (you may have seen Amanda at the Art in Penallt event).

We are building on our courses for teenagers and children and have a range of courses over half-term and Easter, including Bread Making, Making Sweet Tarts, Making and Decorating Chocolate Eggs, Bush Craft and Teenage Cookery Skills with Koj. More information on children's courses here.
