June 2015 was fine and dry for the most part and a late burst of warm weather raised the average temperature to a little above usual for the month.

The Penallt total rainfall of 41.8 mm was 77% of the the Ross* June average of 54.0 mm with the first day contributing 17.4 mm of this total. There were 22 days in the month when no rain fell too.

Maximum temperatures were a little above average during this period, exceeding 20°C on fifteen days with a maximum of 27.8°C on the last day, a big contrast to the first day when the temperature never rose above 12.6°C . Overall, the average maximum temperature of 19.7°C was 0.4°C abovethe Ross* average for June of 19.3°C
