1940s night in Pelham Hall - report and photos

Last Saturday’s 1940s Night went with a swing with 60 people enjoying home-cooked stew and puds and dancing the night away to the fabulous band SwingZing.

Thanks to the Pelham Hall’s Events Group (along with Gail Jones, Anne May and Paulyne Wade) for cooking the delicious meal and for setting up the stage and decorating the Hall. Thanks also to Josh Massey for running the bar, Sarah Haeffner and Sue Bentley for selling raffle tickets and local lads, Otto, Ewan, Rory and George for serving and clearing up in the kitchen.

If you missed out this time, check out the weekly village email, look out for future events on penallt.org.uk, Facebook page (Pelham Hall and Penallt News and Events) and posters around the village!

Following the success of last November's Hall Rebuild 25th Anniversary dinner/dance, Pelham Hall proudly announces its 2019 follow-up … a 1940s themed night, complete with a menu from 70+ years ago and a dance band to match too!

Dust off your dancing shoes and grab your friends for a great night out!
