Broadband Survey for Penallt

Please fill in the form below and then press Submit when it is complete. Questions marked with an asterisk are compulsory. Those relating to address and phone number will enable broadband speeds to be estimated for each household, as well as being able to map the distribution of speeds around the village. This will establish exactly what the problems are.

One submission per household only please! The survey was due to close on December 19th, but it will remain open until further notice to allow more to register..
