§ The approach to Pelham Hall from the road is by a gravelled and slightly rough uneven area.

§ The Parking area is for the most part level, with an adequate turning facility to the front of the building. There are some large trees that form its boundary.

§ Extra car parking on the Tennis Club parking area is sometimes available for events that are taking place on the upper floor of Pelham Hall (Bar, Social Lounge & Committee Rooms etc). This extra parking offers level disabled access via a pathway to the rear entrance and Bar/Social rooms on the upper floor of Pelham Hall.

§ A blue Plaque fixed on the wall at the front of the building (PH) indicates a Disabled Parking space.

§ Externally the main entrance into the Hall has paved stone slabs and a wide doorway with a slightly raised lintel. The main door opens outwards.

§ Internally, the entrance has a movable doormat and a carpeted reception area and gives access to the main hall (timber floor) straight ahead.

§ Toilets including disabled facilities are accessed off the Reception area on the ground floor. The Fire door opens inwards.

§ Cloakroom, baby changing facilities and changing rooms with showers for sports events are accessed off the main Reception area.

§ The main kitchen is accessed off the main hall and is in the right hand corner of the main social space on the ground floor.

§ The upper floor of the Hall, the bar, second small kitchen and Committee rooms can be accessed via carpeted stairs with a wooden handrail going from the Reception area, with a fire door access which opens inwards OR by a ‘level and wheelchair friendly’ path at the rear of the building that is accessible from the Tennis Club car park/path.

§ External lights are always on for night-time events at the Pelham Hall.

§ Public Transport stopping points are some distance from the Hall.

§ Distance of Pelham Hall from Monmouth is 4 Miles
