Sara’s work is informed by the texture and colours of the earth, sea and sky of the Pembrokeshire landscape.
Sara loves to take a piece of sheet metal and make it come alive using silver, copper, brass and gold adding a highlight of a little gem or foundling.
She studied Poly Dip in jewellery design and manufacture at Birmingham School of Jewellery, and silver-smithing. She worked at Andre Grima's in London and at Richrelm jewellery, before going on to make her own jewellery, which she has done ever since, and whilst combining with travelling and having a family.
Sara has her own studio adjacent to her home in West Wales and sells her jewellery through Crafts in the Bay, Cardiff, and via her website and own studio.
